Alyssum Purple Royal Carpet [ Lobularia Maritima] is an outstanding, quick flowering, low border plant. This fragrant garden favorite produces masses of purple blooms. Flowers are purple florets, 1/4 inches wide, in 1-2 inch wide clusters. The plant is old-fashioned sweet, honey-like fragrance and delicate beauty. Early-blooming plants blanket the ground with thimble-shaped clusters of purple blossoms all season.

Alyssum Purple Royal Carpet [ Lobularia Maritima] is a low spreading compact plant 2-4 inches high, and it is densely covered with sweetly-scented, purple flowers. Leaves are medium green in color. Very free flowering. Perfect for lining walkways, borders, edgings, in rock gardens, between paving stones, and for containers or in window boxes. The plant is ideal for combining with other annuals in flower beds and baskets.
