Pepper Sweet Golden California Wonder [ Capsicum Annuum ] is an open pollinated pepper. It is green peppers that mature to yellow, then to deep orange. They are sweet and mild with blocky, thick flesh, 3 3/4 inch x 3 1/2 inch. The sturdy, upright plants are 22-30 inches tall and ever bearing.  Plant produces peppers continuously all season long. Peppers have thick walls and they are excellent for salads and stuffing. It needs moisture and warmth. Start inside in March or April and transplant into rich, well prepared garden soil when all danger of frost is past. Space 15-18 inches apart in rows 2 feet apart.
